Hello, itīs me again. Sorry if I am asking so frequently, but now at the beggining I need to ask a lot someone who knows the process and you appear to be one of those who do. Iīve read some useful facts of the plastic process simulation in Quickfill by C-MOLD (I am refering to Journal of Industrial Technology and article "Teaching Design for Manufacturability with Desktop Computer-Aided Analysis" by Dr. Louis Reifschneider). Have somebody made the effort to make a software to simulate the filling of the mold and discuss the manufacturability of MIM parts (respecting the specialties of the binder/powder mixture)?
