Miniature lenses used with CCD/CMOS board cameras are, in my experience, especially prone to chromatic aberration. This is why some board cameras employ IR blocking filters. In my case I WANT the IR band to come through as well as the visible. Does anyone out there know of a company that has achromatic designs for miniature lenses?
