I am looking for a class demonstration project but don't have much experience with EO.
I am considering building an EO lens (visible spectra) where I can show the focal length
moves back and forth with the application of a voltage. I am considering using lithium
niobate since I understand it has a large EO coefficient. I have access to optical
lithography and ITO deposition.

Can any one help me with suggestions? I sincerely appreciate it.
