I havn't got as far as to know how efficient any of these phosphors are, such as for ten phonts in how many are emitted.
Then the issue would be how many reimitted you can capture. But first things first as to who supplies and can coat an anti-sokes phosphor.
(My interest is shifting the near IR 1.1 to say 1.7 microns to the visible).
