Hi, Gary:

Thanks for posting. We use all kinds/shapes/sizes glass substrates, and do anti-reflection, beam splitter, dielectric mirror coating using E-beam system. My coater is 22 inch in diameter.

To make it simple, let's say that I want to do a 3-layer AR coating on a 2 inch round BK7 glass, 1mm thick. Can you please provide me with more info on the flippable tooling. Besides, is there a website or book on this? I only saw it was mentioned in a book.

Thanks again for any more info.

Charlie
