I have a Veeco XRF-300AT that I have been canabalizing.
I have a very well enclosed X-ray tube and a matching
power supply for 50 kV at 1mA.
I am interested in x-raying small electronic components,
for example, a calculator.

Where can I find information on the actual tube inside the enclosure?
Will 50 Watt be sufficient for my intended application?
Since it is basically a hobby and eductional experience
there is not a speed requirement.
Any suggested site with info?
