Ok,. So you have a 400, and want to get data into
OPC in order to deliver to a 3rd system "OPM".
From what I know you have the following options:

A) Connecting the AC400 to a AF100 network using
a CI522 module card and TC516 media/converter
to Twisted Pair. Installing a CI527 PCI AF100
inferface board on a PC and connecting it to
a AF100 TwistedPair bus together with the AC400
Installing Advant OPC Server for AF100 on the
PC with the CI527 and cofinggure it to serve
as the OPC server for OPM. I don't know about
OPM but it was no problem wit PI to make it
work with OPC .. just reading the manuals i
assume :-)

B) There exists also a Matrikon OPC server
software that can be used in conjunction with
a OS 500 IMS workstation in that case if you
already have a IMS station between your
advasoft OS systems this is a cheap way to go,

C) There exists also a GCOM interface OPC server
software (I think also Matrikon) that can be
used in conjunction with the AC400.

D) I'am not very poficient with the AC400, but
the AC160 and 110 have also MODBUS intefaces
and in this case you can give it a try using
a 3rd party modbus OPC server like those from
ICONIS or KEPWARE (www.kepware.com)
