this method is also used to cast parts which have to be technical good - sound inside. The sandmould is on a tilting table. The metal is cast in during horizontally position. When the mould is full, the table is moved upwards on one side by a hydraulic piston by which the metal pours better inside the mould. This metal is very good for alloys which give problems with enclosures, porrosion etcetera, especially stainless steel.
