What is the shape of the casting and the section thickness? The solution to the warpage during casting lies in relocating the ingate/ riser to avoid stresses concentration. You also need to check whether there is any hindrance to free contraction.
The pattern may also need a negative camber.
Depending on the shape of the casting you may place weights and rearrange the supports during arrest the warpage during heat treat.
