I had problems with valve in this materials, because the quality of paint.
the materials was acumulated in the intersection of the walls and the burn was insufficient to remove al the solvent.them melt in contact with the mold walls with accumulat paint form this blow hole.

The solution is to use the washing paints, or paint with low gas emission.
