Hello, I am interested in being able to process powdered soil composed of 45% quartz, 17% alumina, 4% rutile, 13% iron oxide, 9% magnesium oxide, and 12% calcium oxide into the constituent minerals i.e. mineral separation. The I would like to decompose each mineral into oxygen and the pure metal. I would like to be able to process up to 1 tonne of raw soil every two weeks.
Does anyone know where I can get detailed information on the process including numerical data on temperatures, durations, electrostatic potentials, container fabrication, etc.?
Is it possible to perform this operation without using consumable electrodes, water or exotic atmospheres?
