I understand your problem well as I make Aluminum alloy castings for automotive pistons having aluminum or copper tubings in the bottom of as cast blanks to produce annular gallary through which engine lubricant oil circulates to keep the top side of piston at the desired temprature to avoide its ceaser in cylinder block.Please send me your simple hand made drawing of the component [with sizes] to find an effective solution of your problem
