Dear Vaibhav,
Please check following if you are facing sand wash defects in your castings.

1. Is there a direct wash of metal on sand surface?
2. Is there any undermixing of green sand in the sand mixer?
3. Do you clean the sand adhering to the walls of the mould boxes after the knock out of the castings?

These are some of the abnormalities taht can cause the sand wash.
