The chemistry of the casting provided by you is ok. THe microstructural study will reveal if retained austenite or pearlite exists in the microstructure. I would advise you to heat treat one batch of castinf separately as a test case and then observe the performance. For small castings some have successfully adopted a cryo treatment. Hope this helps.
