Dear Mr.Alonso Carza,
It is very appreciating that you are working on permanent mold (gravity die casting) to cast aluminum alloy components. You can cast any shape and size, but wall thickness below 3mm creates some problems.Metal inserts can be casted in along with in the components.Proper mold material, mold temperature and fluidity of the alloy are some of the important factors that are required to be controlled to produce defect free castings.Be more specific to your problems so that I may help you in your project.Specify what type of information do you want from my side.I have done lot af work on such projects to cast aluminum alloy components e.g.Pistons,parts for automotive and tractors etc.You may send me your component drawing so that I have a good idea to tell you about components, casting configration details(runners, risers, ingates, and air vent plugs etc. Please feel free to contact me anytime at my tel. 91-175-351608, Fax-91-175-350060.
With Best Regards
