I have an ad in this forum on rotary engines I am now making the engine with carbon Apex seals and side seals that eliminate metal to metal contact so it is possible to make the parts from cast aluminium.

Would someone let me know the requirements and best methods of making patterns ot the parts. The Piston and Chamber could be made in a long form that only required slicing with a power hack saw for the individual engines.
