I have used orcad & PADS...the procedure is mentioned below.I guess similar feature exist in cadstar.1>You have to extract new netlist.2>make a compare the netlist extracted of old & new design in ascii format. 3>generate the difference report file.4>Import this difference in your old pcb job file.This will solve your problem.
