Why want you take such a big current Source on a PCB? I suppose that you would receive better performance if you wire it free in the air (with copper Rails). Advantage 1: Your have no problems with an overload on your PCB Advantage 2: You can save a lot of money and Advantage 3: The capacitive behavior will be much more better.
By the Way: I suppose that you want find any connector for a PCB mount which can used @ 1000Amp.
