Thanks Steve, didn't know there's a Excel spreadsheet in the Protel web site... It's very helpful to look for footprints for a specific IC. Thank you..
But I still got another problem, b/c I have already got an existing .sch of the existing circuit. And I found that it uses the footprint: MLX53398-05 for the connectors. But I just don't really know where this footprint locates in the footprint libraries... (Same problem for one none standard IC chip.) Is there a way to find this footprint among the whole lot of footprint libraries??
