I have been looking into a change of package myself.
OrCad Layout with OrCad CIS Capture is a good package (my current system), but it has no 3D modelling abilities. The program comes with IntelliCad but it not that good.
I am looking at Cadstar 6 and Mentor Graphics Power PCB with Blaze Router.
These appear to be the best with 3D IDF modelling for importing into Solidworks.
Expedition PCB (From veribest) is a very good tool also but tends to be expensive compared to other packages.
