For schematic entry -- ORCAD LITE 9.2 is the best tool and very economical also.

For PCB layouting-- CADSTAR, PROTEL,PADS,CADENCE and VERIBEST are the best ( I have mentioned it in the order of increasing price)

For signal integrity aspects go in for a combination of ORCAD LITE+PADS or ORCAD LITE + CADSTAR or

2) EXPEDITION PCB (VERIBEST)tools suite.-- This is excellent.

3) CADENCE FLOW TOOLS ( COMPLETE SET)-- This is also really good.

This is an unbiased opinion based on my experience with all these tools.
