Yes definitely. You will not be having any problem.

The work is more easier for you since you need not have to righ upa schematic using the schematic capture tools of PADS. You can ask your customer to give you an orcad schematic and
you can import the netlist from orcad schematic into PADS software package without any problem.

Thats how it is done for most of the software packages. ORCAD CAPTURE is the most compatible schematic capture tool.
There is no problem at all.
