You can go in for two vendors:-

1) Mentor Graphics Expedition flow/Board station flow

2) Cadence flow-- Cadence is a bit cheaper than Expedition. For schematic capture you can go in for ORCAD CAPTURE CIS 9.2. For PCB layout you can go in for ALLEGRO and for SI you have to go for SI SPECCTRA QUEST.

Cadence flow supports this.
Cadence might be the bet possible software for your use.
