Well the editor sure butchered my nice drawing.Perhaps verbally will work better.16 talk paths consisting of a head set inline with a 270ohm resistor, followed by a 22uf capacitior, followed by another 270 ohm resitor, coneect to the MTP16 analog connection. The other end of the MTP16 analog connection is tied to the other end of the headset load. The 22uf cap has a 48 volt supply across supplying power to the circuit.Hope this is a little better
