I would need more data to give a price. Also, without more data it would be hard to tell if a one-week turn-around is realistic. That is generally not enough time for a complete layout from scratch of a large microwave design. It depends on what condition your CAE data is in. If it is already a PCB database, all placed and ready for routing, 1 week could be realistic.
