Hi
I am planning to buy a licence for cadence's PCB design studio and allegro performance option. I need some advice on which version to buy (14 or 13) and also where to run Windows 2000 or NT. Please advice.

Also if I have a part time opportunity available, what is a good forum to convey the message to interested people in San Francisco bay area?
