The gold line is probably on your "Top Overlay" (top silkscreen layer). The board edges should be corner marks and they could be on a mechanical layer or on the top, bottom, top overlay, bottom overlay, top mask, bottom mask layers. When these are selected they should become white to show that they are highlighted. You should be them be able to move them by pressing the "M" key (for Move) and then the "S" key for selection.
