Hello, for your 220 Vac board there is some concern to watch (space between traces)If tehre is lot's of current width of traces enter in the things you should watch carefully and for the CE certification you must look at the specification (there is a lot's of things in these spec that you must take care of.If you wanna go CSA AND UL there is other things (Those specs are awfull and very tweaky)take time to consult specs. For current curve and high voltage clearance there is some web page showing the specs (research: pcb designer's den at google.com)
