I think your meaning is "FIDUCIAL", this is for assembly the QFP chip, if your board not very big, and the chip placement tolerance not very important, you don't need put FIDUCIAL special for QFP chip, because your board have FIDUCIAL already, normally two FIDUCIALs. some company if the assembly machine very good, tow FIDUCIALs are OK for whole board.
