I am a novice in this subject.

Q1. I would like to understand the most recommended or correct process to generate a test program on flying probe tester to test pcb. The ultimate aim is to test out 100% defects due to open or shorts traces between via to via or via to pad or pad to pad.

Q2. What is the effect if there dielectric is different ? How to specify the dielectric to pcb manufacturer ?
