I manufacture a digital panel meter circuit to measure AC voltage upto 500 volts. In this circuit, when I interchange the input terminals - phase to nuetral - the LED display is not stable. I found the reason is, due to residual no-clean flux near the display driver IC on the PCB. This does not improve with cleaning in Iso-propyl alcohal. With RMA flux and cleaning with IPA, I could elliminate this problem. But I can not keep interchanging between no-clean and RMA flux in the wave soldering machine. Can some one help me how I can thoroughly clean the residues of no clean flux.
