hi friends,


i've a list of basic doubts related to digital multilayer boards, please clarify me.

1) what are the 3 standard trace widths used in the Digital designs and the corresponding routing and placement grids for the same?

2) what are the 3 types of standard names available for SMD Component leads?

3) what is the smallest drill size that can be used for digital designs before it increases the manufacturing cost?

4) what is the smallest trace width/clearance that can be used for digital designs before it increases the manufacturing cost?

5) what are the 4 essential informations required in the pcb fab drawing?

6) if your pcb layout contains 3 types of circuits i.e low frequency, medium frequency & a high frequency circuit , which one you are going to place near I/O connector?
why not other two?

7) which is the best 6 layer stackup that can be used for digital designs, which provides no option for further layer expansion?

8) what are the standard thickness available for multilayer Boards?
