2.why do we have to switch to microvias from the conventional techniques?
3.is there any advantage in using microvia for designing pcbs?

I am an amateur in this field and i am extrmely interested in knowing all these things and I am taken a self initiative of talking about microvias in my institute.Kindly help me in finding out the details.
