The kit is still there, and on sale too until the end of June.

goto www.ramseyelectronics.com and scroll down and the see the lowest right kit presented. It is labeled "Ion Generator". The model number of the kit is "IG7".

This should get you to where you want to go. Do a search at ramseyelectronics for "Ion Generator" or "IG7".

Not much of a schematic since all of the critical stuff is in an epoxy potted enclosure; but it is a very good ion generator.
