Dear Sir,,

I've been to study the microvia cleaning of PCB for 2 years. Besides, I carry out this process at atmospheric pressure using atmospheric plasma system was made by myself, not vacuum plasma system. And I have a lot of my experimental data.
my atmospheric plasma system will be apply for black oxide treatment , surface cleaning, and BGA cleaning, too.
