I started doing pcb layout using PowerPCB about 2 years ago and recently changed jobs. The company I work for now is considering purchasing Cadence Allegro. I have a 30 day demo that I am trying to get a feel for. So far it does not seem nearly as friendly or as intuitive as PADS.

One big complaint is the lack or a real undo function. Also it seems almost a necessity to use the autorouter.
Anyone out there have any experience with this tool please let me know what you think.
