Where is the board going to be located? In a Hoffman enclosure, plastic box, on some type of heavy equipment? I would select industrial rated components, and conformaly coat the board. The conformal coating will protect the components and board from moisture build up, and the industrial rating should meet the requirements for the temperature variations you are going to see. I would also make the pads for the components on the larger side giving a little extra solder to take the constant temperature variations. Just my two cents, Ted
