We have a circuit that requires thermal isolation between boards.
In the past we have used a combination flex/rigid circuit to interface
the boards, but always seemed to have problems with broken traces.
Particularly as the Flex portion of the circuit ended and the rigid
part began. Anyone have any suggestions. The board itself will be
cooled (probably to -40 C) while the circuit it connects to will run
room temperature or better. Any ideas?
