Hello Fellow PCB Designers,
I would like to get your input on the pros and cons of using MicroVias in a design. I have had 2 very difficult design in the last 4 months. The first board came back the other day and it looks like swiss cheese with all the vias used because of the BGA's used. I would like to sell the fact that using MicroVias would make the design a more solid product because the would go from layer 1 to 2, then 2 thru 9, and then 9 thru 10. I am curious what other things we may gain using this technology to offset the extra cost.

Thanks
Steve
