The RAPTOR M8 high speed drilling/routing machine is a complete turnkey solution for fast, high precision machining in aluminum, PCB boards and other non-ferrous metals. It uses a 60,000-rpm spindle with an automatic tool-changer and a high efficiency coolant system.

The RAPTOR M8 machines incredibly clean, high quality parts in half the time required by traditional machining systems. Incorporating an ultra-stable polymer-concrete base and steel frame, the machine is also said to provide exceptional speed and precision. This system is so efficient that no de-burring, cleaning or other finishing process is required.

This system offers an easy transition from traditional CNC machining.

This drilling/routing machine also features a compact design that requires just 63" × 50" of shop floor space while providing a 40" × 27" × 8" machining area for large or multiple-piece layouts.
