I have more reference material on the subject than can be shared with you on this forum.

The material has been collected from pc fab houses, and their suppliers, as well as from customers, for whom I have produced designs.

These are the best sources, because each has their own ax to grind and therefore different information. For example the pc fab house will add the actual cost and availability comparisons between the choices of materials, and unless asked for my reccomendation, the clients engineering staff will have selected material based on electrical performance, or manufacturing will request material based on the need to endure a particularly agressive process.
