The problem is with the software. I had a contract to do some work with Ivex products (for customer compatability).

The software so destabilized my system I removed it and insisted my customer accept the job in Pcad. The customer accepted saying that it did the same thing to their system.

Most Design software products are quite stable, if installed and used properly. That particular software appears to be the exception.

As a general rule when tech support points fingers at your hardware - run. If they haven't bothered to design their software to run on the great variety of hardware configurations that exist out there, they are missing the point.
