I am not familiar with Layo1, or why a board shop would need a bitmap image. However, if Layo1 can output Gerber data, CAM350, ASM500, are some of several programs that can convert Gerber data to DXF. Most graphics programs will read a dxf file and save to the bitmap of your choice.
