I will post a general procedure on the Protel format in a few days. Basically you can do it your selves by generating a Gerber in Protel then opening it with wordpad to see the format. If you change the begining of your Gerber files to match the format of the begining of the Protel Gerber files. This should do it for you but I can't make any guarentee that this method will import everything for you.
