What you first need to do is convert the bitmap (raster format) into a vector format eg DXF
This freeware util will do this
http://www.wburrows.demon.co.uk/softsoft/wintopo/index-free.htm
or this prog
ftp://ftp.acad.co.uk/pub/acad/utils/bmp2dxf.zip
If your cad system does not support DXF
you can get a 15day trial version of a dxf to gerber conversion program here
http://www.linkcad.com/
If layo cannot import gerbers then you will need a gerber post processing program and place the logo (I assume) onto the completed gerbers

You can also create a composite job file with this GC-Prevue viewer software get it here
www.graphicode.com
most fab shops can read this format
Alternatively your PCB fab will probably paste your converted gerber file onto the finished artworks if you indicate where its to go
You will probably have to play around with the scaling to get the image to fit
Hope this helps
