I don't know your software package at all but what I do is print to file using a HP laserjet printer driver. This will give you an enhanced postscript (EPS) format file.

Any decent Graphics package such as CoreDraw or Freehand will be able to open this as an image and you can then export this to jpeg, gif or whatever.
