sorry but your information re thermagon and berquist is not correct
they sell a alum backed pcb that features 1 to 6 oz of copper thermagon sell prepreg which is used in the construction of thermaily conductive pcb's and berquist sells only a finisshed board or will to selected high volume manufactures the laminated ready to process board. what is your requriement? I was the R&D VP of a large board house and also owned my own I have worked in thermail boards for way to many years.
