They make a version of my HVPF or high voltage polyimide film if you are requiring a similar heat transfer as thermagon or berquist at a higher voltage or temperature then they may be able to help you HVPf has a thickness of only 1 to 2 mils .001-.002" and a thermal conductivity of .4 w/mc so for a thiner substrigt with a max operating temp of 200c and 3500 volts per mill dialetric Strataflex may be able to help you I was there R&D vp but just trying to retire.
