I looked at all the super expensive tools and Tango is by far the best for RF, analog and moderately complex digital applications. The main limitation is no blind or buried vias, and no ground pour. And no oddball part orientations. This is no problem for my designs. And Tango is free on the web! I found the URL before and I can find it again if you are interested.
