You can calculate the equivalent modulus of elasticity and Poisson`s ratio using the equations for composite materials.
Any book about this materials related how to use it, and taking into account that the fraction volume fibre,Vf, is 20% (more or less).
A good aproach for this kind of materials (epoxy-glass fibre), and in low level of charges (with linear relationship between stress-strain) are the equations obtained with the hypothesis of iso-stress and iso-strain,
finally you can obtain an equivalent modulus of elasticity and poisson´s ratio.
